The process

You run the practice.
We run the project.

A discovery call, 28 thoughtful questions, a written strategy, and a custom website. Seven clear steps from a first conversation to a site you own.

01

Start with a discovery call

Tell us about your practice, your website goals, and the work you do.

30 minutes No obligation
02

Agree to the scope

We confirm your package, pages, price, and responsibilities in writing. Once the scope is approved, we finalize the agreement and begin your project.

Review and approve In writing
03

Complete 28 discovery questions

Your story, ideal clients, services, differences, voice, goals, and review requirements become the foundation for the site. Receipt of the completed questionnaire starts the 14-calendar-day first-draft clock.

Allow 60–75 minutes Your input
04

Receive your written strategy

We organize your answers into a Website Strategy Brief: ideal client, value proposition, core messages, voice, page plan, next action, and review requirements. We document the direction before design and share it for your feedback.

Read and respond Written brief
05

See your complete first draft

We deliver a first draft with draft copy and responsive layouts on a review link, with a recorded walkthrough.

06

Refine the site

This is where general design and content revisions happen.

Time varies by scope Two rounds
07

Launch and ongoing care

After approval, the site is launched. Monthly hosting and content support begin.

Then bring it to life.

Your Website Strategy Brief turns your answers into the blueprint for the site. It is included in both packages and gives you a reference you can use beyond the launch.

It defines who you’re speaking to, what you want them to understand, how your services are positioned, the story each page needs to tell, and the firm requirements we need to design around. Your answers, goals, and firm requirements become the blueprint for the site.

The clock starts with your completed questionnaire. For your booked project, your complete first website draft is due within 14 calendar days of receipt. Strategy feedback does not restart that clock. Launch follows your approval and any required firm review. See the three written guarantees.
