What does the first-draft guarantee cover?
For a booked project, we deliver a complete first website draft within 14 calendar days of receiving your completed 28-question discovery questionnaire. That means the agreed pages, draft copy, responsive layouts, a review link, and a recorded walkthrough. Any items awaiting firm approval are identified. This is a draft-delivery guarantee; the launch date follows your approval and any required firm review.
What is included in the brand strategy?
Your Website Strategy Brief covers the ideal client, positioning and value proposition, core messages and voice, services and client journey, page plan and next action, visual direction, and firm review requirements. We develop it from your questionnaire and discovery conversation. It is a focused website strategy, not a separate market-research study, naming project, or logo redesign.
What if my compliance team asks for changes?
All changes requested by your compliance department before launch are included, with no limit on rounds and no additional charge until approved. Two rounds of general design and content revisions are also included.
What if my broker-dealer requires an approved vendor?
We check your firm’s vendor policy before accepting the project. If it requires a provider that Peak Sites cannot replace, we say so before you pay.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes. We can connect the new site to your existing domain. You retain ownership of your domain, website, and content.
Can I leave or move the site?
Service is month-to-month. Give 30 days’ notice to cancel, and you keep your site, domain, and content. Hosting and ongoing edits end with the service.
What if I need extra pages?
Extra pages are $250 each; additional content items are $150 each. We agree to any added scope and cost before doing the work.
Do you guarantee leads or compliance approval?
No. We commit to a defined scope, the written timeline remedy, and unlimited pre-launch compliance-requested revisions. Your firm retains final review and approval, and business results depend on more than a website.
