Who we are
Peak Sites builds and hosts websites for financial advisors. For questions about information you share with us, contact cash@peak-sites.com.
Information you choose to share
The discovery-call form asks for your name, email, firm, registration, and project details. When you send it, your answers are delivered by email to the Peak Sites team through our email service provider, Resend, so we can reply and arrange a time. The website does not keep a separate database of form submissions; the emails themselves are our record. The checklist form prepares a download and an optional email request; entering an address alone does not subscribe you to a list.
If you send an email, we receive the information you include and use it to respond, discuss your project, and deliver services you request. Please do not send client records, financial account details, passwords, or other sensitive client information.
Site access and technical information
The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, device information, and access logs to serve and protect the site. To limit repeated or automated form submissions, the site briefly checks your IP address when you send the discovery-call form; it is not included in the email or stored by us. We have not added advertising trackers or an analytics service to this site.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set marketing cookies or store your intake answers in browser storage. It saves your light or dark display preference locally on your device, when browser storage is available. External websites and your email provider operate under their own policies.
Use, sharing, and retention
We do not sell the personal information you send us. We may use service providers for email, hosting, and project delivery, and disclose information where required by law. We retain correspondence and project records as needed to respond, perform an engagement, and meet applicable obligations.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a request, ask us to stop contacting you, or request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Email cash@peak-sites.com.
Future changes
We will update this policy before adding automated scheduling, email subscriptions, analytics, or other collection practices. The date above identifies this version.
Website & service terms
Updated September 19, 2026
This website
This website describes the Peak Sites service and selected work. It does not accept payments or automatically book appointments. A project is booked after you accept the scope and terms in writing and pay the build invoice.
Services and pricing
Essential is a $1,500 build fee plus $30 per month after launch. Growth is a $2,500 build fee plus $30 per month after launch. The pricing page describes each package. Additional work and costs require agreement before the work begins. Nothing is charged until after the discovery call.
Reviews and the timeline promise
Two rounds of general revisions are included. Before launch, changes requested by your compliance department are unlimited and free until approved. For a booked project, we deliver a complete first website draft within 14 calendar days of receiving your completed 28-question discovery questionnaire. A complete first draft includes the agreed pages, draft copy, responsive desktop and mobile layouts, a review link, and a recorded walkthrough; items awaiting firm approval are clearly marked. If we miss this deadline, your first three months of hosting are free when the site launches. We confirm the receipt date and due date by email; the deadline is 14 calendar days after receipt and is not restarted by strategy feedback. Optional visual exercises do not hold up the clock. Final publication requires your approval and any required firm approval. This is not a guaranteed launch or approval date.
Ownership and cancellation
You own your site, domain, and content. Ongoing service is month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days’ notice. You retain your site, domain, and content when you leave. Any third-party fonts, images, and software remain subject to their applicable licenses.
Compliance responsibilities
Peak Sites builds and hosts websites; your firm retains final review and approval of all site content. You supply or approve the correct disclosures, registration details, permitted services, and firm requirements. Peak Sites does not provide legal, regulatory, investment, or compliance advice and does not guarantee a regulatory approval or business result.
Illustrative material and project credits
The Michael Swinehart work example is an individual Coastal Wealth advisor website design, not a Coastal Wealth corporate-site engagement or endorsement. Generated editorial imagery is illustrative and is not evidence of real clients, meetings, staff members, or endorsements. Harbor Financial is a fictional design concept presented to demonstrate website direction and functionality. It is not a client commission, an approved advisor website, or evidence of measured results. The outreach demonstration uses fictional sample content. Cash is the founder and contact for Peak Sites.
